Field Trip 5 - Pet Cleanup

I thought of posting this for silly Tuesday. When I came to US, one thing that puzzled me was people walking their dog with a bag or something else in their hand. I first thought it was a treat for the dog. Then I saw a man in action cleaning up what the pet had delivered. So, when I saw this sign and the bag under it in the park, thought it would be perfect for silly Tuesday.
